You will first meet our Group People Director, Aaron Pearce, in order for him to share our story with you, get to know you better and understand if your experience fits the role you are applying to.
Every country we operate in has its own Country Manager who will most probably be your manager. In this meeting, they’ll present themselves and dive deeper into your experience and their expectations for the role in question.
Now we know that you align with our expectations and profile requirements! The next step is to ensure you align with our culture and connect with the people you’ll be working with. So at this stage you’ll speak with a couple of the team members related to the role.
The conclusion of your journey through the recruitment process will hopefully end positively and you’ll receive an offer from us. Upon employment, we’ll bring you through our onboarding process and have you up to speed in no time.
If we decide not to move forward with you, we’ll of course provide you with feedback on why. We’d love to keep in touch with you for future opportunities within the Group.
